Comment: I have listened to this audio cassete and found the author Bernie Siegel very helpfull. He explains that life is difficult and yet it must be fair. He explains that we were brought to this world to contribute our talents. He also explains that if something does not go our way, that god is leading us to our destiny and everything happens for a reason. When the author tells you to go into meditation, he explains where the best scenario will be to meditate and how you meditate is up to you. I recommend this audio tape for anyone going through difficult times. After listening to this audio tape, I found myself relieved and with a new purpose in life to succed in this very difficult world.
