Comment: I'd give this book ten stars if I could. This lays out the plans for sessions and provides many worksheets to discuss, pages to assign for hw or for use in group, questions to ask... you name it! This is hands down the best single resource I have seen on everything anger management!

Summary: This ia a practical well thought out guide.
Comment: This test can be used as a guideline for adapting an effective counseling program for students in a secondary school setting. It reviews the "how to" set it up with attention to getting administrative support, screening students, parent permission, group rules, group topics, cognitive-behavioral strategies, applications to real life scenarios and attention is paid to the impact of family violence. It provides "anger management steps" to encourage students to think before they react to their feelings. Some adaptations are neccessary to accommodate individual situations or policies withing your own school setting. This is just an excellent text!!
