Average Customer Rating: 4.5 (2 reviews)
Rating: 5
Summary: Excellent
Comment: Although you will read a couple of non-NT items in these cards, I took my Enterprise exam this weekend and the last things I looked at were the 256 cards herein. Excellently organized and concise descriptions. A real deal in exam prep materials!
Rating: 4
Summary: A nice supplement to core study materials...3.5 stars
Comment: --This review is for NT Ent. and IP cards--
I chose these cards over the examcram cards for a few reasons. For one, for about the same price, you get way more cards (256 cards for this series compared to 100 for examcram) and i heard the exam cram questions are just stuff from the back of their book.
This series is pretty thorough. Some material that it covers never will be on the tests, so the cool thing is you can ditch the ones you don't want (or already know) and focus in on your weak spots. I guess I'm used to writing my own flashcards (old college prep days) because the feel of the questions (not written from my P.o.V. of course) took a little getting used to.
On the whole, I love their portability and ease of use, and they come with a poster of NT facts that I hung in my cube that I can glance @ anytime I'm thinking of something I'm not sure of about NT.
My test taking prep mainly includes Exam Cram books, Transcender tests, and talking with fellow MCP's, but these cards are a nice compliment to nailing the material, especially if your pressed for time and have used flashcards before.
So are they worth buying you ask? I would say yes. Better that than another $100 for a test. Downside...you'll never reference them again like you would a good book.
Compared to the $$$ you'll hopefully make after your certs, $20 is a drop in the bucket.
PS..if you buy these cards, please take the time to write a review. The more opinons posted, the better informed potential buyers will be. Give back.
