Summary: A fine summary of contracts
Comment: The book is organized nicely and presents a nice overview for contracts. It's an ideal introduction to the area of contracts for the law student but a little bit cumbersome for review for those who have already taken contracts. Although the book has been cut down from earlier editions, it still seems a bit long. Compared to other contracts casebooks, there is a lot more coverage to non-traditional areas of contracts such as mediation and lawyer-client relations.
