Summary: Six Sigma Author Needs To Take His Own Advice
Comment: Once again we have a PhD wandering out into the business world without a clue as to what real life business problems and solutions are all about. The author needs to take a crash course in what "quality" and "increased productivity" are all about. The book really lacks in areas of developing employee skills, loyalty, and taking a "ownership" attitude.
Rating: 3
Summary: Generic Philosphy for Continuous Improvement
Comment: It is very good for people who would like to get brief concept for continuous imrpovement.
It's certain that, this book just fit for Motorola's environment that may reduce the acceptance from readers.
Rating: 1
Summary: What a waste of time and money!
Comment: Twenty-two pages of statistics and highly technical jargon. No practical use. No how-to strategies. Seems more like a technical journal article or presentation for PhD engineers. You will not learn about six sigma from this pamphlet.
