Comment: This is really an excellent cookbook. I bought it to surprise my husband and our friends for our football parties. What a hit these recipes are! Dale Hellestrae's Zucchini Cream Cheese Pancakes are always on our Sunday Brunch menu now, and Maria's Parfait Cake from James Parrish is wonderful! Jay Leno mentioned this book on his show a couple of years ago, and I thought it sounded like a neat Father's Day gift, so I bought one for my dad and one for myself. The recipes are really delicious and it's a great gift for any football fan.
