Summary: Great Resource
Comment: This is a great resource for water facility managers! The coverage of topics is both broad and comprehensive. Some of our local subdivisions the Home Owner's Associations own and maintain their own water and sewer systems. Reid's book would be excellent for them. From another perspective, some of the local subdivisions are dependent upon privately owned, independent companies for their water and sewer -- and all too often these companies give short shrift to the customers' questions and concerns because the customers lack a technical understanding to ask intelligent questions. Reid's book would be a great help to a group of customers, such as a homeowners association. P.S. I'm the President of just such an association.
