Comment: Incredibly helpful, clear, short (2-3 page) essays on the issues that everyone who has managed care insurance faces. It's written for people who work in health care, and doctors actually get credit for reading it if they fill out and mail in the quiz in back.

But this little book is so well-written and easy to understand and entertaining that you can zip right through it, and learn a lot about money, the system, integrity, and feel inspired about getting what you need and want, all at the same time. Reminds me a little of the movie John Q!
