Summary: Realistic and comprehensive, this is mandatory reading.
Comment: This book does not cover EVERYTHING in detail (Yes, you do need to visit the Citrix website for *some* things). It certainly gives you what you need to understand, plan, implement and maintain a thin-client MetaFrame system. This book gives realistic figures for minimum system configuration and is laid out quite well (IMHO) Absolutely mandatory for MetaFrame implementors.

Comment: I have read this book and found it very good. I was actually looking for a book on the CCA Citrix Certifed Administrator Certification but there are no books on this. This book gives you the knowledge on "how" to implement Metaframe in the Enterprize. I recommend it highly.

Summary: Best book on Windows Terminal Server and MetaFrame
Comment: This book is by far the best one out there for anyone who wants to learn about thin client technology. It is much better then the one by Ted Harwood which I found to be out of date and missing a lot of basic information. This is a total rewrite from the first edition and has much information on Windows 2000 Terminal Server, which is bundled with Microsoft's W2K Server. There are several useful programs described in the book that can be downloaded from the publisher's web site. There is no discount from Amazon on the book but it is very well worth the full list price! I am a system administrator for several Citrix MetaFrame Server farms with about 25 NT/MetaFrame servers and I reference this book at least once a week to find the answer to some problem. I'm sold on anything Mathers writes and like Mark Minasi [Mastering W2K Server, etc, etc] I will buy anything that has his name on it as author.
