Summary: Low bang for the buck
Comment: I was very disappointed with this book. It was very short - it seemed that for every page of content there was an advertisement from Vault for one of their services. Furthemore, much of the material is available on the Vault site for free.

In short this book was not worth $20. Instead, I'd recommend either a "war-stories" book like "Done Deals: Venture Capitalists Tell Their Stories" or something more academic/technical like those by Gompers & Lerner or Wilmerding.
