Summary: A Transfan's dream
Comment: One word, "WOW". This book was much better than expected, the artwork inside is unbelieveable. A must for any Transformer fan or a perfect gift if you know one. an extra bonus is that the slipcover art is also printed on the book's cover as well.
This will be proudly displayed with my other fantasy art books.

Comment: For the record, im a big Transformers fan and i have an Illustration degree.
I would recommend this book to any Transformers fan. As soon as i saw that someone decided to publish some of this material, went right on the Xmas list. Some of the Dreamwave work i just marvel at. For all the stupid illustrator books that company's publish, its nice to see display Transformers. Its amazing how many illustrators take to the Transformers.
Just for me, if i was to change anything, i would remove all the substandard Transformer genres and stick w/ Generation 1. Beast Wars, Robots in Disguise, etc.
Lastly, what, no illustrations of Starscream extracting revenge from Galvatron? Guess ill have to do that one and put if up for the second volume...........

Summary: Great!
Comment: The front and back cover art of this book is the best part! Most of the art inside is awesome, while some of it is pretty average. Overall, it's a great art book with lots of high quality pictures. Although I would like a little less "Beast Wars," and a little "More Than Meets the Eye," I can't complain, because I knew what I was buying. Good buy for any true Transformers fan.
