Comment: I bought this book, hoping it would help me with the NCLEX-RN exam. I hadn't studied for over 3 years, and I wanted to get my lisence. I bought it, studied it, loved it. The questions built on one another so if you read the rationale of one it could help you find the right answer to a question later on. I got great improvement on my NCLEX exam with using this book. It comes highly recommended.

Summary: This is my favorite NCLEX book!
Comment: I love this NCLEX book because it's good for getting ready for boards as well as I used it all through nursing school! It's divided into topic sections such as cardio or psych so you can look up what you need to focus on. I love the answers and rationals on the same page, no flipping back and forth from the page you're working on to the answer section. This book made me feel confident to take exams.
