Comment: When I first got this book, I was amazed at all the information in it. It was very helpful to me. I expected something worst, but it is really good. It has lots of pictures and details in it. The author takes you from the beggining of the computer to the end. If you need details and pictures to help you understand what is going on, this is the book. Experienced or not, this is helpfull for all. Everyone should use this book if they want to get their A+ certification with out any confusion of questions.
