Comment: Energy Medicine is the most useful book I have read in the field of energy work for the layperson. Donna Eden and David Feinstein have collaborated to create an invaluable guide for everyone interested in improving health by balancing energy. Donna has many years of experience in practicing energy work and teaching, and she has done a wonderful job of creating a unique hybrid of methods into easy-to-use everyday routines. The book is rich in illustrations and instructions, all well-indexed. I believe everyone, at any level of health, can benefit from this book. Good for beginners, but extensive and detailed enough to provide deep study. I've bought many copies as gifts for loved ones; they all say it's the best they've seen.

Comment: As a physician practicing and teaching stress release for maintaining good health I have found Donna Eden's book of immense value. The practical, teachable, and result getting information laid out in plain language makes this book a constant reference text in my work. With explainations and diagrams of the human body's subtle electromagnetic energy flow patterns Donno Eden teaches methods to access and work with these energy pathways for the purpose of balance and health. I have used them myself and verify daily the enhancement to my vitality, energy reserve, and overall wellbeing. My experience and work with clients using the techniques taught in her book have enabled me to be more effective in treating and teaching clients. Donna Eden explains how the energy flow of thoughts can be utilized in conjunction with the more mechanical techniques of energy flow manipulation.

Summary: A Most AWEsome Volume!!!
Comment: 10 Stars!!! The word-pictures Donna paints - telling of her own experiences make me envious! I feel left out in some way, but I feel sure that I can come up to her level given time & following the teaching... Very grateful that the book is out here for us to read and gain insights to a wonderfull process. I have given the book to others as a gift, I only wish I had found it sooner - but probably wasn't ready earlier. :) Great explanations on 'how to do it' abound, and it is a worthy reference for Masters & Beginners alike imo! Thank you Donna!! ~ric~
