Summary: Knowlegable about exercises
Comment: I have not yet read the book in question, but I read the review from the person questioning the validity of the MDs research. I have seen the program on television, and, as a physcial therapist, I can tell you that most of the exercises I saw being performed were exercises that are fairly standard to physical therapy practice.

Comment: this is a very well written book with a great clinically proven exercise program. contrary to one of the reviews, the search shows that this program was well researched and presented at a prestigious national physician conference american academy of physical medicine and rehabilitation in chicago. i commend the authors for putting out a solid and clinically proven exercise program.

Summary: a physician suffering with chronic back pain
Comment: i found the book very easy to read for the layperson and very well written from a scientific viewpoint. the exercises have already begun to gradually increase my mobility and decrease the pain. it is a great read for all back pain sufferers to gain an insight into their problem
