Comment: This ghost book is awesome! I drive by thesee places frequently, and I will not be able to look at them the same way again. I have been to many of these haunted locations, and I look forward to returning with a new outlook. Maybe I'll have my own ghostly encounter! Although this book can be enjoyed by anyone, it is a *must have* for those who live in the Charlotte area. I can't wait to read more from this author!

Comment: Even though all of these stories take place in Mecklenburg County, NC, they will appeal to anyone who enjoys the eerie or has had a strange feeling while in an old building. The stories are short, making the book great for keeping in your car, brief case or any place that you may spend a few minutes waiting. The book is well written and illustrated with photos that not only help you to reconize the locations but to also get a feel for the story. It is also sprinkled with humor as the writer adds her reaction or feeling while doing the interviews. What great trivia to pass on to guest as you casually drive by these spooky buildings! I can't wait to get to use them. I look forward to seeing more work by Ms. Williams.
