Summary: One of the Best for Food Combining and Natural Hygiene Books
Comment: This is one of many books on food combining, yet it is one of the best. Steve adequately describes digestion and food combining without the extraneous boring sceintific details involved. In contrast to other food combining books, he doesn't recommend an extremely restrictive diet or isn't too lenient that it the recommended diet doesn't do much good. After reading several books on the topic, I still had some questions pertaining to food combining. This book answered those questions. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their overall health or lose weight. Trust me it works! After following the diet for over a year, I find it satisfying to eat this way and am rewarded with great health and pride in a little bit of commitment.

Comment: I returned this book because I was so disappointed in the content. Thin doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't have anything to say but in this case it certainly was true. Don't bother with this silly book and look for some of the other books listed above as sources for info on food combining.
