Summary: A fantastic book that does a very good job describing AM Fae
Comment: The book is divided in four parts: Faeries in the Mortal World, Faeries in Legend & Lore, Faeries in Arcadia and Faeries in Ars Magica. The first three parts are preceded by fiction detailing the story of Gerin the troubadour. The first one is self-explanatory: it details the presence of Fae in our world and their relationships with the four estates (peasants, clergy, nobility and magi). The second one has one of the best chapters in the book, Customs and Curiosity, detailing things such as Faerie gifts, oaths nd contracts and changelings, for example.
The third part, Faeries in Arcadia, offers a fantastic opportunity for creative Storyguides: adventuring in Arcadia. A really, really weird place, when regular geography is substituted by ideas and concepts.
The last part of the book, Faeries in Ars Magica, is much more rules-oriented than the previous three. Rules for Regios, a Faerie Bestiary, rules for Faerie (very powerful; the glitch is that you'll never, ever get XPs) and faerie-touched characters (with new Virtues and Flaws to detail the later).
