Summary: Easy to understand Q & A format and to the point
Comment: The first thing I liked was the well organized format. The book was divided into sections dealing with topics such as WEATHER, BAGGAGE HANDLING and CANCELLATIONS & DELAYS. The book is a question and answer format, so all I had to do was find my question and the answer was right there. The answers are not complicated or drawn out. They are straight forward and to the point without much use of aviation terminology. A lot of the questions are just the sort I'd love to have asked on my flights.
