Comment: I randomly picked up this book from the shelf of books on my great grandmother's ranch when I was looking for something to read. From the first chapter, I was drawn into the wonderful story of Jim Hartigan and his journey through life. He is an extremely good horseman and becomes a preacher to fulfill his mother's dream for him. The majority of the story is how he struggles to make this dream his own. If you want a great read, I highly suggest this book.
