Summary: Meltzer takes on Sports?!
Comment: Well, Richard Meltzer has written about sports before, but golf? I guess it can be a good source for humour (see Caddyshack). There are some poems tacked on to the end of the book that are somewhat sloppy, yet entertaining, but it's the essay on golf that really lit me up. The old man (he's gotta be in his 50s by now) hasn't softened up a bit.
