Summary: Diabetic Must have!
Comment: I am a type 1 and I LOVE this book. Wouldn't be much use if you count exchanges instead of carbs. So if you count exchanges try this: switch doctors, THEN buy the book. Also, I think that if you have a palm there is software you can order too.

Summary: A Must for Travelling Dieters
Comment: My husband and I are counting calories, and we bought this book to take on vacation. Using it - we were able to enjoy food and not gain back the weight we have worked so hard to lose - I think it is the most comprehensive aid to dieters on the market.

Comment: If this book doesn't list it, you probably wouldn't eat it anyway. A "must have" if you're checking carbs or counting calories on your own. If you are on an exchanges or points plan, you probably wouldn't need this book though. 5 stars because it delivers everything it claims, and then some.
