Comment: What a find this book was for me. I am self employed as a coach and needed a structured resource to use with my clients to who were job searching. This is the only self-help guide I have found that focuses on this subject - and works.

The author obviously knows his stuff and I'd recommend anyone who has trouble getting their talent and expertise recognised at interview to buy this book.

Covers all the bases from getting interviews through to positioning yourself and getting and employers commitment and offer.

If you truly want to find work and are finding it difficult to get hired this book will help you. I have noticed that the author also runs training seminars on the subject and that CDs are available from the books web site selling-you.com.

All in all the entire book is an easy read with a set of tools that you can use to make your job hunt less stressful. Everything follows a logical pattern and is very helpful.
